3. "Member" means a person who has created an account with an email and password and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and changes of the terms)

1. These terms take effect when posted on the Service.
2. The Service may change these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason in advance.
3. A user who does not agree to the changed terms may stop using the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Sign-up and accounts)

1. A user applies for membership by providing an email, password and name.
2. Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate, and for any problems caused by careless password management.
3. Use of the Service may be restricted if someone else's information is used or false information is entered.

Article 5 (The Service)

1. The Service provides registering, managing and tracking subscriptions; spending analysis and saving insights; reminders for billing dates, price increases, budget overruns and trial endings; and extras such as a calendar, timeline and news.
2. The Service is provided around the clock in principle, but may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, failures, natural disasters or similar reasons.

Article 6 (Nature of subscription information)

1. Subscription information registered in the Service (amounts, billing dates, etc.) is entered by users themselves for their own tracking; actual payments and cancellations happen at each subscription provider.
2. Spending analysis, reminders and saving suggestions provided by the Service are for reference only and may differ from actual prices, exchange rates and payment results. The Service is not legally responsible for users' decisions or their consequences.

Article 7 (Users' obligations)

Users must not use others' accounts or information without permission, disrupt the normal operation of the Service (abnormal access, automated bulk requests, etc.), or act against applicable law or these terms.

Article 8 (Fees)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced, they will be announced in advance and applied only with the user's consent.

Article 9 (Termination and restrictions)

1. Users may delete their account at any time in the Service's settings; related data is destroyed according to the Privacy Policy.
2. If a user violates these terms or applicable law, the Service may restrict use or terminate the agreement.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, the user's own fault, or third parties (subscription providers, external APIs, etc.).
2. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information and features provided free of charge, and is not responsible for the results of decisions users make relying on them.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the Service follow the procedures set by those laws.
